ROBOT LADY is an absurdist comedy short following Roberta, who, in an attempt to rekindle her relationship with mum-friend, Becky, decides to become a life sized toy robot. 

Robot Lady explores the pressures on women to meet societal expectations by having children or parenting in a particular way, and how it can leave you feeling like you've been put in metaphorical box. Or in Roberta's case, a real cardboard box with pipe cleaners, paper maché and an embarrassing number of bottle caps. 

The short will hit the festival circuit in 2025.
